The registration fee includes the conference participation fee (\50,000 for Regular participants, \45,000 for Postdocs, and \40,000 for Students) and accommodation. An accompanying person will not be able to participate in the scientific program.
Accommodation fees cover the reception (Oct. 5), the excursion (Oct. 8), the banquet (Oct. 9), meals (four lunches, three dinners, and tea breaks), and lodging from Oct. 5th through Oct. 10 (with breakfast) at the Nagahama Royal Hotel.
Fees for an additional lodging on Oct. 4 or Oct. 10 are \14,040 for a single room, \9,720 for a twin room, and \8,640 for a Japanese-style room (per person, per night, with breakfast)
